I am an award-winning script writer, spoken word artist and workshop facilitator based in Glasgow, who has written a variety of work for stage and screen. I hold an MA with distinction in TV Fiction Writing from Glasgow Caledonian University, and an MA Hons in Theatre and Slavonic Studies from the University of Glasgow.
In 2016 I worked as a storywriter for series 17 and 18 for BBC Scotland’s long running drama River City, and last year I worked as a storyliner on a block of twenty episodes for Lime Picture’s soap Hollyoaks.
I’ve been performing spoken word regularly for about three years and have featured at the following events and venues:

I am co-host and curator of Sonnet Youth, a Glasgow based spoken word promoter. We’ve curated and performed sets for Belladrum Tartan Heart Festival, BBC 6 Music, Hidden Door Festival and O2 ABC. Our monthly night is on the third Wednesday of every month at Drygate brewery, and we are launching in Edinburgh from February. I’m also a regular contributor to online platform BBC The Social, and last year I featured on the Social’s top 20 people to watch on the Scottish digital scene for the List Magazine.
